Have you changed your mind? There's no need to worry - we're here to help! During the first 7 days of receiving your order, you can return eligible items, but you'll need to pay for shipping if you're not satisfied with the product.
When you receive your order, please check to make sure the items are in good condition and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment. If your order has been received damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please save the carton and all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hrs.
Items shipped to CHAZÓN outside of the returns window, or items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from chazonbeauty.com, are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange from CHAZÓN. You must return products to the original point of purchase. Open items or used are not eligible.
- All items purchased at chazonbeauty.com may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale
- Return packages must be postmarked within the 7 days following the delivery date
- Returns received that are postmarked past 7 days following the delivery date are ineligible for return and will not be processed
- Original shipping is non-refundable
- Final Sale items and any personalized or engraved items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged
- Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of payment. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- CHAZÓN reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge a 20% restocking fee of the original invoice amount should the items not be returned within reasonable condition
- If a product is returned and the order no longer qualifies for a “Gift with Purchase(s),” the Gift(s) must also be returned; otherwise, the value of the gift(s) will be deducted from your credit
- In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, CHAZÓN reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud)

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns, refund or exchanges on orders shipped outside of U.S. Please contact our support team at chazonbeauty@gmail.com
What happen if I provide a wrong Address?
If this happen to you, contact us before we ship the order. If your order is not deliver because insufficient address or invalid address to be deliver the order. We don't refund original shipping. Chazón is not responsible if you provide a wrong address at the checkout and this order is delivered in the wrong address or if the package is return to us, this order are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange from CHAZÓN.
If order is returned to Chazón Beauty
If the order is returned because the address is insufficient, the package is not claimed, or the delivery address is invalid. You have 30 days from the time the package was returned to the CHAZÓN offices to pay for a new shipping label. It is the only way for the order to be resend by Chazón to the new or correct address.
